about

I also learned about something called the "Amen Break", which is the first ever drum loop that was sampled for use in another song. It was easy to use because in the song "Amen Brother" by The Winstons, this drum loop was pulled from a six-second section of the song which only the drums were playing. Since this loop was brought into public domain, I appropriated the drum loop for my own work. I also found a bunch of other free samples on the internet, like the thunderclap which occurs every-so-often in the song.
